We want you to love your crafting projects, so we offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original packaging. Please note that patterns, digital downloads, and opened needles or hooks are considered final sale.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your yarn is in its original hank, ball, or skein format with the label intact and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Submit Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the package before dropping it off at any authorized shipping carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
